To access the library databases you will start at the library website homepage.

ccri.edu/library

Above the search box there is a tab "Articles & Databases" - click on this tab to be brought to the databases.

You will see the full list of databases you can access as a CCRI student. If you are accessing the databases from off campus you will be asked to login once you select a database, enter your CCRI username and password (the same information used to access your Blackboard and CCRI email). If accessing the databases on campus, you will not need to login.

This list can be filtered by subject, type of database, or the vendor/provider. You may also filter alphabetically if you know the name of the database.

There is a list of popular databases provided and within some subjects "Best Bets" are listed for your convenience.

Once you have chosen a database click on the name of the database to enter your search terms.

To access the databases you must use the links provided on the library's website; this is how the database providers will know you have access to the resources. Googling the database name and trying to access it that way, will not work.

Contact the IT Help Desk if you are a currently enrolled CCRI student or faculty/staff member and database access was denied.

Contact the Library Reference Department with questions about using the library's e-resources.
